🧘 MEDITATION.

The Natural State of Being.

Meditation is being eternally present as consciousness — चैतन्य आत्मा. It is the recognition of our true nature beyond form, beyond thought, and beyond identity.

Out of ignorance and Maya, we repeatedly identify with the mind and body. We become absorbed in thoughts, emotions, and sensations, forgetting the silent awareness that witnesses them all.

The sense of “I Am / Self” is not an object that can be grasped by senses or intellect. It is the pure awareness that knows all thoughts, feelings, and perceptions. It is this “I Am” that is ever-present, timeless, and self-luminous.

Meditation and knowledge are the direct path to this recognition—our authentic reality of “I Am”.

🕉️ INNER CLEANSING & AWAKENING.

We work with a series of techniques to cleanse suppressed emotions and accumulated tension within the body-mind system. This process gradually brings silence to the body-mind instrument.

Music, movement, and Ayurveda—guided by an awakened presence—support this inner purification and awakening of the Self.

A new approach may be developed, and the ancient lost Pashupat system of sadhana may be revived as part of this living tradition of awakening.

🕉️ HE NATURE OF MEDITATION.

Meditation is not something to be created—it is our inherent and intrinsic nature. It is our very essence, our very being. It has nothing to do with doing.

It is beyond Karya-Karana (cause and effect), beyond reasoning, and beyond mental activity. It has no dependence on external practice or achievement. It is always here, always now, effortlessly present.

One does not need to possess it—it is already fully present, radiant, and self-illuminating within and without. It is our true nature: Sachidananda, eternally present.

Meditation is not something to be attained—it is what we already are. It is pure being itself.

🕉️AWAKENING TO THE SELF.

When one becomes attuned to the Self, it becomes natural and effortless to rest as Self. It becomes deeply peaceful, refreshing, and naturally fulfilling.

Thoughts begin to disappear like clouds dissolving under the light of the sun. Through gradual understanding and practice, one learns to remain present.

When one recognizes one’s own pure Self, meditation becomes effortless. One is no longer “doing meditation”—one is simply abiding in it.

At this stage, techniques lose relevance, and meditation becomes one’s natural state of being.
